The Sony VPL-SW631c Ultra Short Throw projector is ideal for classroom or corporate use, with simple, flexible installation, low ownership costs, enhanced interactivity and easy connection to other devices.
Present big, bright images over 2m across with the VPL-SW631c as little as 47cm from the screen or whiteboard, with less distracting glare and shadows.
Advanced 3LCD BrightEra™ panel technology by Sony ensures high contrast, widescreen WXGA images with excellent colour stability. The projector’s powerful 3,300 lumens colour light output ensures that presentations are always seen clearly, even in brightly-lit environments.
Seamless integration with school or office networks can be enhanced with an optional Wi-Fi module, letting students wirelessly share homework, images and graphics from PCs, smartphones and tablets. Learning’s made richer and more collaborative with dual pen interactivity, allowing teacher and pupil to write on screen simultaneously. In PC-free interactive mode, you don't even need a connected PC to write, draw and annotate on-screen presentations.
There’s a wide range of smart energy-saving features built in. An extra-long lamp replacement time of up to 10,000 hours minimises costs and reduces downtime in busy classrooms and offices. A newly-designed wall mount bracket makes installation easier in rooms with low ceilings.
Present images up to 80” across (2.03m diagonal) with the projector just 44cm from the screen or whiteboard. Distracting glare and shadows are greatly reduced, as well as saving space in a classroom or meeting room.
WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution gives plenty of crisp detail: ideal for making presentations direct from a laptop or PC.

During projection, Auto Picture Mode automatically adjusts light output to suit the scene being projected. Picture Mute dims the projected image when it's not needed to minimise energy consumption.
Upgraded Network Presentation software (included) makes it easier than ever to deliver presentations from a networked PC or Mac with simple one-click connection. Up to four users can project PC/Mac images simultaneously, and up to eight users can connect to one projector.
