The VPL-CX275 is budget conscious and feature rich. The VPLCX275 offers a 5200lm brightness and 1.32 ~ 1.91:1 throw ratio for new or WXGA replacement business. This projector has been designed to be easy to operate and to deliver a low total cost of ownership.

The VPL-CX275 also features Sony's only 3 brightness modes (High 5,200, Standard 4400, Auto Lamp Mode ) to suit each individual user’s needs. The Auto lamp mode adjusts brightness depending on the image projected, lowering operating costs by reducing power consumption and extending the lamp lifetime to approximately 4000 hours. This projector also has a contrast ratio of 3000:1, video inputs, HDMI and RJ45 or RS232C connectors for control
The VPL-CX275 projectors are equipped with horizontal and vertical lens shift functions for greater installation flexibility. Using this function, the position of the projected image can be moved vertically up and down by 3.3% and horizontally 2.5%
Both offer a 1.32 - 1.91:1 throw ratio that can accommodate most large classrooms or large meeting rooms current replacement installation.

The image warping feature allows an 8 point (4 corners and 4 sides) image adjustment for convex or concave projected surfaces. Making adjustments is easy with the remote control and the onscreen operating menu.
