Auto Rolling Filter (ARF)
The PT-F100NT automatically detects when dust accumulates on the high-efficiency electrostatic filter and impairs performance. The affected section of the filter is wound into the casing, so top filtering performance is continually maintained. The auto rolling filter combines with a totally reengineered airflow path and a hermetic, dust-free optical system design to assure that the air inside the projector is clean at all times. This minimizes any brightness loss due to dust accumulation.
