Embedded within the EMP-6100’s firmware is a set of security programs that function as deterrents against any would–be thieves. In addition to the EMP6100’s built–in security measures, the projector features a cable cover that can be locked to the chassis. This hides connected cables and ensures they cannot be tampered with.
Broad and flexible connectivity, a powerful 3,500 ANSI lumens and a manufacturer backed 3 year warranty as standard make the Epson EMP 6100 hard to beat.
Dust and Smoke Resistant
Introducing a dust and smoke resistant structure which protects the projector from common contaminants found in various environments. The filter’s large surface area is electrostatically charged for catching microscopic dust smoke particles and has a built in air flow meter. When the flow drops below a set level the filter alarm will notify you. Also, all seams are sealed to prev pollutants from entering the unit, so only clean air which has passed through the filter is allowed coming in for cooling. Therefore, even projectors used in harsh conditions remain clean inside, preventing such trouble as brightness degradation.
Network Functionality
Oversee and control the state of a projector from a remote LAN connected PC. By using the EMP Monitor, you can monitor the inside temperature of a particular unit, and find out when a filter change is necessary so you can deal with a problem “BEFORE” it happens. Other applications simply tell you that something has happened, after it’s too late.
Direct Power-ON/OFF
It is possible to tie the projector to main power source or a central controller in a room. So that when you turn main power source, the projector is also activated.
