Native 4K Resolution
The EB-L12000Q delivers true 3840×2160 output using Epson’s proprietary 1.03″ 3LCD panel with a 6 µm pixel pitch, ensuring ultra-sharp detail and lifelike clarity. Unlike pixel-shifting systems, this native 4K architecture provides full-time color processing across all three primary channels, resulting in smoother gradients and more accurate image reproduction for large-scale projection environments.
Laser Light Source
Powered by a solid-state laser engine, the projector offers up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation with consistent brightness and color fidelity. The inorganic phosphor wheel and LCD panels are sealed within a dustproof optical engine, minimizing degradation over time and eliminating the need for lamp replacements—ideal for high-demand installations.
12,000 Lumens Brightness
With 12,000 lumens of both color and white brightness, the EB-L12000Q excels in high ambient light conditions and expansive venues. The laser system allows for precise brightness control in 1% increments and supports constant brightness mode, ensuring uniform output across multi-projector setups and extended runtime scenarios.
Triple-Layer Dustproof Structure
Designed for durability, the projector features a sealed optical engine and triple-layer dustproof housing that reduces airflow to sensitive components by up to 86%. Combined with a long-life electrostatic filter, this architecture protects internal optics from particulate intrusion, extending operational reliability in dusty or smoke-prone environments.
Total Liquid Cooling System
A dedicated liquid cooling system regulates the temperature of the laser bank, LCD panels, and phosphor wheel independently. This ensures stable performance across all installation orientations—including portrait and 360° rotation—while contributing to a compact chassis and reduced fan noise.
Interchangeable Interface Slots
The EB-L12000QNL supports modular connectivity via two interface slots, allowing users to install HDMI, DVI-D, SDI, DisplayPort, or HDBaseT boards based on system requirements. This flexibility accommodates evolving AV standards and simplifies integration with broadcast, control, and media servers.
Ten Optional Lenses
Users can choose from ten powered lenses—including ultra-short throw, wide, middle, and long zoom variants—with motorized zoom, focus, and lens shift. The quick-release bayonet system enables fast lens swaps, while the built-in memory stores lens settings for repeatable precision in multi-use environments.
Edge Blending & Tiling Assist
A built-in camera enables automatic geometry correction, color matching, and edge blending across multiple projectors. Tiling Assist simplifies setup by compensating for overlap and alignment errors, making large-format displays seamless and visually coherent with minimal manual adjustment.
360° Installation
The projector supports full 360° orientation—horizontal, vertical, and rotational—without brightness loss. This makes it suitable for creative applications like floor projection, ceiling mapping, and architectural displays, with no compromise in image quality or thermal stability.
Security & Control
Advanced control features include password protection, user logo lock, mechanical shutter, and compatibility with Crestron, Extron, and DMX-ArtNet systems. The projector also supports remote fleet management via Epson Projector Management software, and includes screw holes for crane transport and secure mounting.
