Quick Start

With a control panel key lock and a password authentication system to help prevent unauthorized use of the projector. Also, a built-in security bar or Kensington® lock can be used to help prevent theft.
Useful Remote Commander Unit
The supplied card-type Remote Commander unit can be used to adjust the VPL-ES4 projector settings such as digital zoom and audio volume or to activate APA, picture muting, and picture freeze functions. Also, because IR receivers are located on both the front and rear of the projector, the Remote Commander unit is effective from almost anywhere in the room.
Input Flexibility (Multiscan Converter)
Accepts a wide variety of video input signals from standard definition (SD) to high definition (HD), including composite, S-Video (Y/C), and analog RGB/component via the HD D-sub 15 pin interfaces.*3 In addition, the unit can accept computer signals from VGA up to SXGA+ (1400 x 1050).
