The Sharp XR-1X Notevision projector combines high brightness and high quality Carl Zeiss optics, making it the ultimate choice for both data and video projection. The XR-1X has a native XGA 1024 x 768 resolution, is compatible with up to SXGA+ 1400 x 1050 and offers extensive DTV/HDTV compatibility. It can project a brilliant image in any room or run any application with a vibrant 2000:1 contrast ratio for realistic black tones.You can vary the projectors brightness, choosing between standard (1200 ANSI lumens) or low-power economy mode (1020 ANSI lumens). The XR-1X low power mode also provides reduced 36db fan noise and 177W power consumption, making the projector both quiet and economical to operate. About the size of a pair of paperback novels, the XR-1X measures 2.5"h x 9.7"w x 4.8"d and weighs just over three pounds, making it the perfect on-the-road presentation companion
