The compact Micro Portable is the direct result of advanced optical technology. The Sanyo PLC-XW15 weighs as little as 2.5kg yet delivers professional performance. For example, the three 0.7" LCD panels deliver high resolution XGA projection at 1024 x 768 dots for a total of 2,359,296 pixels.
HighlightsA high-illuminating, short arc UHP lamp and the three LCD panels with high aperture ratio combine to produce a really bright picture, with on-screen brightness as high as 850 ANSI lumens. High-quality projection, corner to corner, is achieved with a newly developed integrator lens that balances colour and brightness.
Fan noise can be distracting, but the plc-xw15 operate at a whisper quiet 39 dB. Sudden bursts of operating noise are eliminated by the Fan Operation Linear Control System, which uses information relayed from a built-in thermo sensor to regulate fan operation.
To reproduce highly detailed and bright images, it is essential to have high-resolution LCD panels. Light is divided into the three colours of the RGB spectrum, then projected separately onto each panel and combined to create high-fidelity, colourful images.
The digital zoom magnifies the image up to 16 times allowing you to focus on crucial information. SANYO'S original Digital Realised Interpolation Technology eliminates jagged edges on small letters and lines, making highly magnified images appear crisp and clear.
Subtle adjustments of projected images can be made with the 1.2x zoom and focus. No matter how far away you project from, the PLC-XW15 will give you high-quality images
