Real HDTV 1080i Projection
The Sayo PLV-HD10 employs three 1.65-inch TFT polysilicon LCD panels (16:9 aspect ratio) with micro lenses. With 1,920 x 1,080 pixels in each panel (for a total of 6,220,800 pixels), the projector can project native HDTV 1080i signals in full resolution.
High Contrast Optical System
The PLV-HD10 optical system achieves outstanding 1,000:1 contrast. This means easy-to-see images with deep, rich blacks that deliver the full viewing power of cinema sources.
Four Lamp’ for 5500 Brightness
Four 250-W UHP (1.35-mm short arc) lamps combine to provide 5,500 lumens of brightness. You can also stack two units for even more powerful projection with double the brightness--11,000 lm. Brightness uniformity exceeds 90%.
Selectable Lighting Modes
Two brightness modes--high-brightness and economy--let you select the lighting mode that’s best suited to the conditions and your application. In high-brightness mode all four lamps are turned on. Economy mode gives you half the brightness but twice the usable time.
