10-BIT DIGITAL GAMMA CORRECTION FUNCTION
Through the gamma correction function, fine tone reproduction is achieved without annoying white and black spots. In addition, to the Standard mode, the PLC-XW20 also offers a Cinema mode for movies and Real mode for graphics. Plus, the projector has four user memory settings for fine picture adjustments.
3D AUTOMATIC UNIFORMITY CORRECTION CONTROL
With the 3D-AUCC circuit, color shading resulting from differences in brightness can be corrected to an accuracy ten times greater than using conventional methods. This produces more natural looking color gradations.
FRONT EXHAUST MECHANISM
The air exhaust vent of the PLC-XW20 is positioned on the front of the projector for more effective absorption and dissipation of heat, while at the same time creating a more comfortable environment for presentations.
COMPONENT VIDEO INPUTS
The PLC-XW20 comes with component video inputs and a newly developed Digital RGB Matrix IC that makes projection of DVD (Y/Cb/Cr) and HDTV (Y/Pb/Pr) possible.
HDTV COMPATIBLE
The SANYO PLC-XW20 is High Definition Television Compatible, accepting the 1080i, 1035i, 720p, 575p, 575i, 480p and 480i HDTV resolution standards.
DIGITAL KEYSTONE CORRECTION
SANYO’s digital keystone correction feature compensates for angled projector placement by digitally altering the pixels to produce undistorted images.
