Progressive IC with 3-2 Pulldown
Proprietary Sanyo digital progressive integrated circuit significantly improves the appearance of moving images. This IC incorporates 3-2 pulldown technology, which can effectively double the resolution of images from DVD playback.
Polarized Beam Splitter (PBS) Optical System
This technology helps assure a high uniformity rate and a beam twice that of conventional projectors. It combines all of the S-wave light emitted from the unit’s lamp with the P-wave light. The result is a super bright image, with nearly the same brightness from side to side and top to bottom.
Black Board Mode
For more effective presentations in rooms with dark surfaced walls (i.e.: green boards), this feature adjusts white balance and gamma correction automatically to project an intelligible image.
Variable Audio Out
The Sanyo PLC-XU41 convenient feature allows you to control the audio level right from the projector. This centralization of video and audio controls from the projector helps in educational applications by ensuring the technical quality of the presentation and eliminating the fuss of separate outside audio controls.
User Specified Start-up Screen
To create a smoother, more professional presentation, logo and image files may be captured for display during the PLC-XU41’s countdown sequence at start-up.
