High Definition digital eCinema projector
Film-like image quality is ensured by using the Emmy-winning DLP technology known from DLP Cinema projectors. With superb brightness, contrast and colour fidelity, the Projectiondesign Cineo3 720 is well suited even for larger cinema screens.
Designed for reliability, numerous features to allow failsafe operation.
The patented DuArch™ illumination architecture allows Hot Swap of lamps while in operation, keeping the image on screen. In addition, the Cineo3 720 features dual colour wheels, dual illumination optimizers, and dual illumination irises. For monitoring, a backlit LCD status panel is available for immediate and configurable status overview and events logging, as well as complete control and asset management over TCP/IP from any remote computer, using standard tools.
Installation flexibility is ensured with a wide range of projection lenses, covering every need from 0.88 – 7.70 : 1. All lenses are user replaceable during operation and can be shifted ±110% vertically and ±90% horizontally.
Dual-lamp design
Employs a dual-lamp light engine, ensuring continuous operation even if one lamp fails. This redundancy is particularly valuable for mission-critical environments and long screening sessions. Users can operate both lamps for maximum output or a single lamp for reduced energy use and extended lamp life.
Six interchangeable lenses
The projector accepts six optional lenses, ranging from short-throw to long-throw zooms. Each lens features precise motorised zoom, focus, and shift adjustments, allowing perfect image placement without physically moving the projector. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt the system to different venues or screen sizes.
Sealed optical system
With sealed light path protects its internal optics from dust and contaminants, maintaining image clarity and brightness stability over time. This engineering choice minimizes service intervals and ensures that the projector maintains factory-calibrated performance in professional environments.
Motorised lens control
With motorised lens shift, focus, and zoom, installers can achieve precise image positioning using remote or network commands. This feature simplifies setup, especially when projectors are ceiling-mounted or placed in restricted spaces.
Crestron network control
Integrates seamlessly into modern control systems via Crestron RoomView® compatibility, RS-232, and LAN connections. Operators can monitor lamp hours, trigger power sequences, or adjust settings remotely through standard AV network protocols.
Advanced colour calibration
Equipped with RealColor™ image management, the Cineo3 allows fine-tuning of gamma, colour temperature, and grayscale tracking. This ensures that each unit can be matched precisely for multi-projector setups or applications requiring accurate colour reproduction.
Accessories
Ships with a standard back-lit remote control, a cleanable dust filter assembly, and twin user-replaceable lamp modules. Replacement lamp part numbers include the 400-0301-00 (standard 250 W UHP).
