Based on the awardwinning DLP™ technology from Texas Instruments, famous for its high end digital DLP™ CINEMA, the CINEO™ range offers the best combination of value and performance, enabling the deployment of e-cinema into mainstream theatres.
Unlike other (LCD) technologies, the DLP technology offers seamless images with correct skin tones, and uniform colors, without the convergence errors, pixellation, lifetime-issues and other artifacts that competing (LCD) solutions suffer from.
The introduction of Cineo MKII e-cinema projectors facilitates rapid distribution of new releases to a virtually unlimited number of theatres simultaneously. There is no longer need for costly and time-consuming film printing, and scratches and wear become a thing of the past.
Optical precision
Incorporates Projectiondesign’s high-grade lens system with adjustable zoom and focus for fine-tuned sharpness across the image. The precision optics minimise chromatic aberration and maintain uniform brightness from corner to corner, resulting in a highly cinematic visual presentation even at large screen sizes.
Color accuracy
Using a true 10-bit video processing pipeline, the MKII reproduces a broad color gamut with natural tonal transitions. Its advanced color calibration tools allow the image to be tailored for different viewing environments, from reference-grade home theaters to brightly lit venues, ensuring colors remain lifelike and consistent.
Installation flexibility
Compact yet powerful, the MKII provides generous vertical and horizontal lens shift for off-centre placement and quick setup alignment. The rugged chassis design makes it ideal for both ceiling-mounted and portable configurations, with whisper-quiet cooling that allows unobtrusive operation even in small rooms.
Versatile input options
This model includes a full suite of digital and analogue inputs, including DVI, VGA, and component video, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of modern and legacy devices. Signal management is handled through internal scaling and automatic source detection for a smooth user experience.

Ships with a dedicated remote control for menu navigation and calibration, and a genuine lamp module (part number 400-0003-00) designed for consistent performance and easy replacement.
