The Optoma ZU720tst is the world’s first 7,000 lumens, Short-throw WUXGA projector for the ProAV sector with fixed lens and support of wide 1.26x zoom.

Features DuraCore technology with a 20,000 hour lamp-less laser light source enclosed in an IP5X certified optical engine to ensure reliability and minimal maintenance during its lifetime resulting in low total cost of ownership. Designed to suit different installation environments, the ZU720TST includes 360-degree & portrait projection, 24/7 operation capabilities, and ultra wide lens shift range.

Precision optics

High quality optical elements maintain optimum sharpness and focus uniformity over the entire image. Uncompromising optical quality delivers extremely low color flare and chromatic aberration resulting in a crystal clear, high contrast image.

Airtight optical engine

Precision engineered with an IP5X Certified system, the projector has an airtight engine that resists dust particles and ensures a long lasting, reliable and practically no maintenance light source of up to 20,000 hours. The Optoma ZU720TST laser light source is free of mercury and environmentally friendly compared with traditional lamp-based projectors.

Advanced Thermal Design

A mixed combination of long and short heat pipes increases the heat dissipation by 10% and the fan running speed is lowered and results in quiet operation.

Optimized Cooling System

The inner components placement creates a flow field that requires min. air flow. The efficient cooling also contributes to the projector’s low noise operation

Installation Friendly & Flexibility

360° and portrait projection capability

Images can be projected over a full 360° range along the vertical axis, including reproduction on a ceiling or floor. This projector can also be placed in portrait mode for applications such as digital signage or for tall thin projection areas.

Four Corner Adjustment

Four corner geometric correction enables quick and easy image adjustments from any of the corner points of the image. This is ideal for uneven or angled projection surfaces.

24/7 Operation

Engineered to operate 24 hours a day in standard orientation and perfect for applications that require prolonged periods of use (subject to 24-hour terms and conditions – please refer to user manual).

Built-in Warping & Edge Blending

User friendly PC interphase for multiple unit warping & edge blending adjustments. Massive images can be achieved within time for a cup of coffee without the need to bundle external image processing boxes, lowering the budget for complex projects. Carefully calibrated FW and gamma adjustments will provide smooth seamless blends.

Color Matching System (CMS)

The full HSG color matching system enables hue, saturation and gain adjustments for each primary color to match user preferences. This creates seamless blends every time when combined with accurate measurements.

WUXGA Resolution

Where details really matter, the full WUXGA (1920×1200) resolution offers 15-percent more pixels than 1080p and 60-percent more than SXGA+. This enables unscaled Full HD video and extra detail.

PC-free USB Image and Document Viewer

Integrated PC-free image and document viewer provide direct viewing of office documents, PDFs, images and presentations from any USB storage device

Ultimate Control

Picture by picture / picture-in-picture

The projector supports picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture. Signals can be delivered simultaneously via the HDMI and DVI ports, for a PbP or PiP display from two digital sources – perfect for video-conferencing and other collaborative applications

Versatile System Integration Control Protocols

Crestron RoomView, Extron’s IP Link, AMX dynamic device discovery and PJ-Link protocols are fully supported, allowing nearly all aspects of the ZU720TST to be controlled across a network, keeping you in control, wherever you are.

Signal Power On

Powers on when it receives a signal through the HDMI input. This ensures the projector is turned on at the same time as the source device.

Display true 3D content from almost any 3D source, including 3D Blu-ray Disc™ players, 3D broadcasting, and the latest-generation game consoles. Support for 144Hz rapid-refresh rate provides ultra-smooth flicker-free images. 3D content can be viewed with DLP Link active shutter 3D glasses when projector is used with a compatible 3D player. DLP link 3D glasses sold separately.

Direct Power On/Off

Turn the projector on or off directly from the power source. This feature aids installations that rely on power-on timers. The sleeper timer can be used to turn the projector off after a set time.
