The NEC VT470 is the very cost efficient ultraportable projector for various applications. With a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels and is the brightest svga LCD projector with a light intensity of 2000 ANSI lumens, the projector is the best presentation partner for schools and medium sized companies.
Even for home cinema, the NEC VT470 is an excellent choice, because of its easy handling and its price/value ratio. The various connectivity options (incl. RGB-out) and the short throw lens are only some advantages. One of the new features is the manual wall color correction, that adapts the colors so that the presentation always looks bright, even if you project on a chalk board or colored wall. The auto keystone correction of +-30° brings the picture always into the right shape, if the projector has to project up or down in a certain angle to the wall. Without any manual adjustment The VT470 is almost noiseless with its 28 db and therefore highly recommended for home cinema.
One of the new features is the manual wall colour correction, that adapts the colours so that the presentation always looks bright, even if you project on a chalk board or coloured wall. To save costs on the lamps the nec VT470 has an eco mode that extends the lamp life and in addition an off timer to shut down the projector automatically after a certain time.
