Furthermore, the laser module delivers 20,000 hours of virtually maintenance-free operations, reducing your total cost of ownership!

Addressing the demanding large venue environment, the new NEC PH1201QL presents superior projection performance within Rental/Staging, Higher Education, Museums, large Corporates and Control Room installations.

Lens Shift Function

Enables images to be shifted on the projection surface with no distortion. An innovative feature that provides distortion-free images even in rooms where projector placement is difficult. Presenting without a PC or laptop Running a presentation simply from the PH1201ql projectors – without the need of a PC or laptop. The required data can easily be transfered from a USB stick or PCMCIA card.

Video & Graphics Processing

  • Up to 60fps 4096 x 2160 pixels sequential input via single cable (Display Port 1.2)
  • Dual Pipe input capability (2 x Display Port 1.2)
  • 3D Capable
  • Scaling of HDMI formats to fill the 4k display
  • HDMI for Side by Side, Frame Packing & Top Bottom Formats
  • Dual Flash Processing can be used to multiply the displayed frame rate for 3D sources (example 144Hz display)
  • Two sources in parallel for Left and Right Eyes
  • Image Blanking - Linear black “curtains” adjustable for all four edges

Color adjustments

  • Up to 12 bits per color processing (depending on source and input type)
  • Degamma table maps 12 bit input to 16 bit palette (R, G & B) for display
  • Individual R, G & B gain and bias controls

3D Functionality

  • Full 4k 3D display capability
  • Dual Pipe: Left and Right channels input separately to projector in parallel, then interleaved for sequential display
  • Synchronization of active glasses
  • Adjustable Dark Time and Sync Offset for optimization of ghosting and smooth grayscale for switching switching glasses and polarizers
  • HDMI input signals will be scaled to the DMD resolution.

Edge blending

  • High bit-depth blending up to 20% of the image width on all four sides of the DMD (approximately 800 pixels overlap per edge)
  • Black level adjustment of the blended area to create different overlap areas
  • Correction for non-active pixels at the edge of the display
