The Epson EB-PU2213b delivers up to 13,000 lumens of equal white and color brightness, producing vivid, captivating images in virtually any venue. Its WUXGA resolution with 4K Enhancement accepts 4K content and delivers up to 4.6 million pixels on-screen, providing incredibly crisp and detailed visuals for live events, boardrooms, and large-venue applications.
High Brightness and Incredible Color
The EB-PU2213b uses 3-chip 3LCD technology, delivering up to 3x brighter colors and reliable performance. Its long-lasting 20,000-hour laser light source ensures virtually maintenance-free operation while providing stunning, consistent images.
WUXGA with 4K Enhancement
Epson 4K Enhancement (also known as 4Ke) is a proprietary pixel-shifting technology that delivers image quality exceeding Full HD by effectively doubling the resolution of a native panel. Instead of using a native 4K chip, Epson's 3LCD projectors shift each pixel diagonally by 0.5 pixels. This technique allows the projector to accept true 4K UHD content and upscale non-4K sources for sharper, more detailed visuals.
- Pixel-shifting engine: Doubles the pixel count by offsetting each pixel diagonally, simulating 4K resolution from a 1080p base
- Content compatibility: Accepts native 4K signals via HDMI and processes them with dedicated resolution enhancement and HDR processors
- Visual performance: Combined with Epson's 3LCD engine, it delivers high brightness, accurate colour, and smooth gradations without rainbow effects
- Installation flexibility: Available in both home cinema and large-venue projectors, enabling high-resolution projection in diverse environments.

High Contrast and Dynamic Range (HDR)
With a 2,500,000:1 contrast ratio and high dynamic range, produces lifelike images with exceptional detail in dark scenes. Gamma correction automatically adjusts the image frame by frame for optimal contrast.

Long-Lasting Laser Light Source
The projector’s 20,000-hour laser light source is virtually maintenance-free, delivering consistent brightness and color performance throughout its long lifespan.
Simplified Installation
NFC technology for simple installation
Shorten kitting time with Epson Projector Config Tool App & NFC function. Customisation of settings of the projector can be done up to 100 units as a batch. Specifically designed for rental and stage, SI and IT managers, the projector's inventory data can be easily checked and collected instantaneously by simply tapping with a mobile phone without having to turn on the projector.
This means initial configuration can be carried out at the warehouse before transportation, reducing the work hours needed for kitting and helping to reduce adjustment time when multiple projectors are being installed.
Optional Lenses
With nine optional powered lenses (sold separately), including an ultra short-throw .35 lens with unique zero offset design, installation is flexible and convenient. The projector supports multiple mounting options for both temporary and permanent setups.
Lens position memory
Up to 9 settings can be stored in the projector memory, including shift positions, focus and projection sizes.
Scaling
Make the most of the image content's native aspect ratio using a scaling feature built-in to the EB-PU22 series. Without requiring a supercomputer, source content from a splitter output can be recombined automatically using the scaling feature of two projectors.

Edge Blending
Enhance the experience with seamless panoramic, multi-screen images. Combine multiple projectors seamlessly using built-in edge blending and geometric correction. Tiling assist and screen matching features ensure perfectly aligned, continuous images, ideal for large-scale immersive visuals, events, or digital signage installations.

Point correction
Make smooth adjustments of distorted projection images by shifting each of the points laid out on the grid pattern.

Arc correction
Using arc correction, you can adjust each side of a projected image in an arch or barrel-shaped way, making it easier than ever to get a perfectly rectangular image.

Corner wall and curved surface projection
Quickly and precisely correct any vertical or horizontal image distortion with Epson's curved surface and corner wall projection. These features allow for greater flexibility when choosing a projection surface. Enhance your viewers' experience by projecting your content in a unique environment with ease.

Epson Projector Professional Tool
The Epson Projector Management Software is a free, Windows-based utility designed to help IT administrators and AV technicians monitor, control, and maintain large fleets of Epson projectors over a network. It's especially useful in environments like schools, corporate campuses, museums, and rental/staging operations.
Engineered for Reliability
The hermetically sealed optical engine offers high dust resistance, while the filterless cabinet and liquid cooling system support low-maintenance operation, keeping the projector running smoothly over time.
Sophisticated liquid-cooling system
Epson has developed a simpler yet more sophisticated liquid-cooling structure, drawing on more than a decade of research and development and professional industry knowledge.
Using a unique liquid-cooling system to cool the optical engine and laser light source unit makes more compact products a reality.
High durability with IP5X-certified optical engine and laser light source
IP5X-certified optical engines and laser light source modules, offering outstanding dust protection. These two key components are hermetically sealed to maintain their performance, even in dusty environments.
Ideal for Live Event Applications
3G-SDI input and output support long cable runs and daisy-chaining. A mechanical shutter helps protect the projector during laser light shows, making it perfect for concerts, theater, and other live events.
Art-Net Support
supports Art-Net lighting control systems, making the projector ideal for use in live performances in stage or theatre. Control the projector with an Art-Net compatible lighting desk or control system to synchronise with in-house lighting effects. Image brightness can be controlled as low as 8% to the maximum 100%, giving ultimate fade-in and fade-out effects for stage and theatre shows and performances.
- Centralized monitoring of up to 2,048 projectors from a single PC
- Remote control of power, input source, AV mute, and volume
- Automatic email alerts for errors, maintenance reminders, and temperature warnings
- Message broadcasting to display emergency or scheduled messages across all connected projectors
- Firmware updates and menu setting replication across multiple units
