The REALiS WX450ST Pro AV Short Throw Compact Installation LCOS Projector, equipped with an advanced Genuine Canon lens with a throw ratio of 0.57:1 and a generous horizontal and vertical lens shift, can display a high performance WXGA+ (1440 x 900) resolution image at 7 ft. wide from less than 4 ft away. This highly versatile unit provides distortion-free image quality in a wide variety of both front- and rear-projection installations and weighs under 14 lbs.
The REALiS WX450ST delivers 16:10 widescreen images with 4500 lumens of brightness and a 2000:1 contrast ratio, and features a next-generation Canon AISYS 5.0 optical engine that maximizes the imaging performance of the projector’s advanced Canon LCOS display panels. Advanced features include four point keystone correction, simultaneous Pictureby- Picture HDMI and DVI split-screen display, built-in edge blending with easy registration adjustment and projector stacking.
Networking features include full control over IP and content streaming. A Network Multi Projection system allows for video streaming (not audio) via LAN to the projector in multiple modes.
The new long-life filter system and projection lamp provide outstanding energy efficiency when powered on and in standby mode, resulting in a greater overall value.

The unique XEED WX450ST is a superbly bright high-resolution compact installation multimedia projector. Its short throw Canon projection lens features an exceptionally wide range of vertical and horizontal lens shift. With a throw ratio of just 0.57:1, this all-new lens virtually eliminates distortion (typically 0.1%). It can project a 100" image from around one third of the distance of conventional projectors, at just 1.23 metres. Despite its short focal length, the lens projects images from 30" up to a large 300" diagonal in size. With both vertical and horizontal shift – including an exceptionally wide 77% vertical range – the projector can be discreetly located above or below the screen and is suitable for both front and rear projection.
Next-generation image processing
Native WXGA+ resolution (1440 x 900 pixels) is supported by LCOS display technology that delivers stunning, perfectly smooth images. Alongside its professional-quality optics, the WX450ST’s new image processing engine is packed with installer-friendly features like hardware edge blending, on-board registration adjustment (to ensure perfect RGB panel alignment) and built-in test patterns. The picture-by-picture image display supports twin digital inputs, so it’s perfect for modern video-conferencing applications. The 4-Point Keystone Correction function helps project images from almost any angle with perfect geometry, while Motion Blur reduction keeps images sharp during fast-moving video playback
A choice of connectivity
HDMI and DVI-I terminals offer digital input, while firmware is easy to update via the USB port, which also allows projection directly from USB flash drives. Crestron RoomView® enables instant unified remote control and monitoring, while the Network Multi-Projection (NMPJ) function allows easy projection over the LAN.

The XEED WX450ST’s lamp lasts up to 5000 hours when used in ECO mode. A dedicated ECO button instantly engages the low-power lamp mode and other power-saving features for outstandingly energy-efficient operation
