NEC  NC1000c Integrated Media Server - NP-90MS02-4K

The NEC NP-90MS02-4K is the next generation offering in NEC’s Integrated Media Server line of products. It continues the trend of providing on- board RAID storage, server control, and DCI compliant media block in a compact form enabling it to fit in a Series 2 DLP projector. User control is via web-based UI allowing access from anywhere on the theater network, with full compatibility with Dolby’s TMS3 and any third party TMS that supports Dolby products.

• 2 TB internal storage configured in RAID-5 with hot-swappable drives

• DCI-compliant media block; plays JPEG2000 (2K up to 120 fps, 4K up to 30 fps) at bitrates up to 500 Mb/s
• Decoding support for MPEG-2, H.264, and VC-1 formats
